Ovi is a wonderful person, his personal attention and service is superb and made breakfast the best part of the day. He is an excellent ambassador for the hotel. The buffet was delicious and I really loved the nice soft background music, both pleasant and adding a touch of class. I chose the hotel for the proximity to the national museum but ended up loving everything about the hotel - the lobby is beautiful (and Umar from the lobby café very nice), and the fitness room great. Would love to come back!

Big rooms, walking distance to Metro station and bus station, taxis everywhere, shops and restos around the area, nice staffs, everyday cleaning and bed and bath making, nice view from my window

The breakfast is good and the selection is excellent with a very courteous group of employees which I enjoyed most.

The staff at the hotel are absolutely amazing and really helpful. Room was really comfortable and breakfast choice was excellent

I liked the room, it being large , also the good breakfast variety and service It is close to the National Museum also, as location. Good value for price.

Well maintained, staff including housekeeping were very courteous. Value For Money. Room is very spacious. like really spacious.
